Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Makes necessary arrangements for meetings and attends and takes minutes, distributing meeting minutes and related material to appropriate individuals; may follow up on actions taken at meetings.

• Creates Power Point presentations and/or materials for meetings as needed.

• Handles incoming telephone calls by providing callers with appropriate and accurate information. Relays messages as necessary.

• Assists keeping Google calendar for Medical Imaging Directors.

• Distributes departmental mail.

• Compiles and prepares monthly report data for management and financial staff.

• Handles and processes appropriate requests for all management staff in a timely manner.

• Provides administrative secretarial support - types correspondence, dictation, reports, budgets, memos, etc.

• Maintains accurate specific and general files and records, including legal and confidential files.

• Shows initiative and flexibility in carrying out day-to-day responsibilities to Radiologist(s) and the organization.

• Manages and coordinates Team member's schedules and meetings.

• Anticipates needs and is proactive in meeting those needs.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

• Effectively assumes job responsibilities of co-workers during their absence, as required.

• Works collaboratively with others on projects and assignments.

• May perform secretarial functions for subsidiary-Boards and/or Board committees.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Three years office administrative experience required.

• ·Proficiency in using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite, to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases is required.

• Good knowledge and demonstration of professional office practices.

• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training for child and dependent adult abuse within three (3) months of hire
