Job Opening - Installer Technician (Garage & Closet Remodel)

Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 7:30 am – 3:30 pm / Weekly Pay

Job Status: Full-time / Can start ASAP / $20-$22 per hour / Growth Opportunities

Requirements: Valid Drivers License / Clean Driving Record & back ground check

Summary: In this role, you will join a team dedicated to transforming spaces with high-quality products, including garage cabinets, custom closets, floor coatings, and garage organization solutions. As a smaller dynamic company - this position offers a fast-paced work environment that encourages learning, growth, and the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as you progress in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Install garage cabinets, custom closets, floor coatings, and garage organization products with precision and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with team members to present ideas and solutions effectively, ensuring alignment on project goals.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, providing a positive experience from start to finish.

• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.

• Occasionally lift and move heavy materials, frequently handling items weighing 30-50 lbs.

• Drive a company pickup truck and tow a trailer to job sites as required, ensuring all tools and materials are transported securely.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in installation, construction, or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically on the job.

• Ability to work well within a team and establish strong relationships with customers.

• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting heavy items and working in various environments.
