What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Development & Deployment: Spearhead the creation and deployment of cutting-edge omnichannel (IVR, Chat, Chatbot, email) flows within Genesys Cloud Architect. Take charge of implementing modules like Voice-of-Customer surveys and the Knowledge Center, collaborating with IT teams and vendors.

  • Analyze & Configure: Dive into business requirements, provide precise time estimates, document your designs, configure systems, and support smooth production deployment.

  • Collaborate for Integration: Team up with API and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration using advanced REST APIs.

  • Maintain & Troubleshoot: Proactively identify and resolve issues, upgrade systems, and apply SRE best practices to ensure high availability.

  • Cross-functional Duties: Engage in various tasks assigned by leadership, showcasing your versatility.

    Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, IT, or a related field, plus five years of relevant technical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Genesys Expertise: Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX Architect for IVR development and capabilities like call recording, transcripts, Knowledge Center, and surveys.

  • API Knowledge: Proficiency in RESTful APIs and an understanding of authentication methodologies (Oauth, SAML).

  • Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile setting is a big plus.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Genesys Cloud CX Certified Developer

  • Genesys Cloud CX Certified Professional or any related certifications.
