Schedule: Monday - Friday / 6:30 am - 4:30 pm / $16 hour

Job Description: Seeking reliable and motivated Demolition Laborers to join our crew in Des Moines. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work, are committed to safety, and want to contribute to demolition and site preparation activities on a variety of projects. As a Demolition Laborer, you will assist in the safe and efficient demolition of buildings, structures, and other site preparation work. This position requires working with heavy machinery, manual tools, and a team of professionals in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the demolition of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Operate and maintain demolition equipment such as jackhammers, saws, and cutting tools.
Safely remove debris, materials, and hazardous waste from job sites.
Prepare work sites by setting up barriers, safety signs, and ensuring proper site security.
Work closely with the demolition team to meet project deadlines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Help with loading and unloading materials, tools, and machinery as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in demolition, construction, or general labor is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
Comfort with working in varying weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
