Description:

• Assist with backend recruiting support with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience

• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders and other internal partners with a focus on scheduling interviews

• Facilitate and review background checks in accordance with company guidelines

• Build excitement and serve as candidates' primary point of contact, often being the first touch point with the compan

• Provide coverage of our Recruiting Center Front Desk, greeting candidates and hiring leaders who host interviews
