Job Title: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Management of the bidding process (paperwork to submit the bid, follow up on the bid etc.)

• Filling and sorting all of the paperwork that comes and goes for a project, subcontractors, materials, etc.

Work Environment

Great team to work with. The owners are eager to grow and make a name for themselves in the Des Moines market. All work will be local on commercial projects, including those slated for 2025 such as Starbucks and Walnut Tower, which features 336 multi-family units with commercial and retail space throughout the building.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Des Moines, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
