Responsibilities:\ - Assist in the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties\ - Work with a team to safely and efficiently install solar panels, racking systems, and electrical components\ - Perform electrical wiring and connections according to schematics and blueprints\ - Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations\ - Conduct quality inspections to verify the integrity of installed systems\ - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise during installation or maintenance\ - Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
