As a Production Technician I- Microphone with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will perform a variety of production assembly tasks, including a commitment to quality, Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), safety rules, maintaining manufacturing standards and utilizing written procedures and documentation where appropriate. Production tasks require the ability to follow written/verbal instructions and a thorough knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment.
Additional Duties:
Perform simple assembly on various product lines utilizing documentation such as drawings, routers, Bills of Material’s and specification using the manufacturing standards, ISO 9001 and AS9100.
Work with other technicians, engineers and departments. Communicates with supervisors, lead persons and other production departments concerning any problems with product, assembly, documentation, and/or schedule.
Must inspect all workmanship and special processes of an operation performed ensuring quality before moving into next operation. Show commitment to quality and Total Customer Satisfaction (TSC) through dedicating skills to achieve zero defect status.
Ensures that all material and equipment calibration dates are not expired before using and notifies supervisor or lead person if expired or close to expiration.
Provides information to supervisor and co-workers to positively affect quality and output.
Reviews programs and performs data analysis.
Performs other related duties as directed to ensure efficient operation of department and PCB.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate or GED
Experience: Basic computer and electronic skills.
