Description

We are seeking a committed Business Analyst to be a part of our team located in Depew, New York. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation, configuration, and support of plant-related systems and IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include providing second-level technical support to end users and assisting with project management. This role offers a contract with the potential for a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and configuration of plant-related systems and IT infrastructure.

• Offer hands-on, second-level technical support to end users at the desktop level.

• Work in collaboration with the Sr. IT Business Analyst, identifying, defining, and assessing various initiatives.

• Document and implement changes and improvements in business processes and functions.

• Manage assigned projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Proactively monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner.

• Take necessary action on monitoring customer accounts.

Requirements • Demonstrable understanding and experience in Business Process Functions

• Proficiency in using Desktop Applications such as Office Suite

• Ability to provide Desktop Support including troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Experience in the Manufacturing industry

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements

• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
