General Summary This position, which reports to the Manager, Distribution, leads and coordinates activities and rotation assignments for the Receiving Department. The incumbent supports the Receiving Operation by ensuring that activities conform to Company specifications and quality standards and is conducted under safe, sanitary conditions. Additional duties include serving as a Substitute Receiving Supervisor on an "as needed" basis and learning to perform the scheduling function. This role will also provide support to the procurement department on an as needed basis.
Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED completion 1+ years of team leading experience in a manufacturing/receiving environment
Preferred Requirements Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of team leading experience in a food manufacturing environment SAP experience
Job Specifications
Approximate working hours for the position are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m M-F
Hours may vary with the production schedule, flexibility to work alternate schedules is required.
Availability for overtime and weekend work is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$40,945.00 - $66,215.00
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
