Huntington National Bank Treasury Management Advisor I in Denver, Colorado

Summary:

The Treasury Management Advisor I acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships. Also, retains and deepens existing customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ​Develops and maintains profitable and quality cash management relationships with Branch assigned business customers. Responsibilities include sales prospecting, product pricing and structuring, customer proposals, and training clients on new TM services.

  • Profiles clients around their entire cash flow cycle for all TM opportunities.

  • Proactively builds internal relationships with the branches to drive TM opportunities.

  • Proactively attends and hosts huddles with branch partners to provide TM updates and share best practices.

  • Documents huddles, branch referrals, etc. to identify areas of opportunity.

  • Takes ownership of pipeline to move deals to completion. Assists in the development and delivery of a marketing plan.

  • Cross sells other bank products and stays current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements.

  • Assists in outbound calling initiatives to offer new solutions to clients and ensure Huntington as our customer’s primary banking relationship.

  • Actively seeks feedback for areas of opportunity.

  • May mentor other TM colleagues

  • Responsible for being a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies

.Basic Qualifications:

  • Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Three or more years experience of treasury management experience

Compensation Range:

$60,000-$70,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
