That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employe The Sr. Manager of Higher Education Connectivity Sales leads a team of sales professionals responsible for selling the T-Mobile 5G Advanced Network Solutions portfolio including Hybrid and Private Networks, Fixed Wireless Solutions, and SD Edge capabilities. This includes support for all field-based segment existing accounts and prospecting new business relationships that will drive connectivity product revenue for T-Mobile. Primary focused vertical is the Higher Education space in a national capacity across all public and private institutions.
Job Responsibilities: Works with companies to implement new business solutions and digital transformation initiatives to drive strategic revenue in the connectivity product space. Drives account planning and management to identify new connectivity product opportunities, builds and manages a sales funnel, closes deals and meets and exceeds sales objectives for respective team. Manages the activities of individual contributors in a section or department with accountability for goals, objectives, and operational policies. Responsible for hiring, termination, performance management, and salary decisions. May participate in the development of functional strategies by working with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines. May represent the T-Mobile brand at a variety of industry events that may include, but are not limited to, participating in and or presenting our solutions and strategies. Collaborates with Hyperscalers, Partners, and various ISV vendors to drive solution revenue. Collaborates with TFB Product and Segment leaders on customer product feedback and account penetration strategy.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Technology-related discipline (Required)
Work Experience: 7-10 years Experience in complex solutions/applications (Preferred) 7-10 years Experience with negotiating and closing large multiyear complex deals (Preferred) More than 10 years of Sales management, technical sales, and customer-facing experience (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Understanding of permissive buying vehicles such as Sourcewell, NASPO, etc. Extensive Knowledge of the product line eco-system including, Infrastructure, Systems, Cloud, Modules and Platforms (Preferred) Managed a sales team remotely with demonstrated success (Preferred) Large Account sales strategy and planning (Preferred) Cross-functional team management, leveraging resources to support success (Preferred) Solution and Consultative selling methodologies (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $162,300 - $292,700, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $113,610 - $204,890 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
