Capgemini Solution Architect in Denver, Colorado

Location: Denver, Colorado

Job description:

We are looking for a Solution Architect in wireline/cable domain for a leading regional communication service provider. This position requires the candidate that is local in Denver, CO metro area or someone willing to relocate and work in the client location during business hours!

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction and solutions to architectural, development, and operational teams on assigned projects to small teams.

  • Lead architect teams to formulate and review new software/hardware platform.

  • Define develop, and influence technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices.

  • Recommend action plans and solutions to management, architects, and product managers.

  • Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, and peer reviews.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, EE and 10 years of experience!

  • Must have prior experience as a Solution Architect in Cable or wireline domain.

  • Experience or knowledge on working with Docker Containers and Container Orchestration Application like Kubernetes. Plus working on Rancher based Kubernetes system (deployment methodology).

  • Experience on TR-069 and associated data models like TR-143/TR-104/TR181ACS (specs related). If not, prior working experience in DOCSIS/cable domain is required.

  • Should have some basic knowledge on working with CPE in a cable MSO and preferably some knowledge on CPE interaction with the ACS (basics of how CPE works with ACS).
