The Senior Accountant will sit on the technical accounting team and be focused on...

• preparing quarterly and annual impairment assessment

• assisting with accounting for stock-based compensation

• monitoring and implementing SEC rules

• reviewing contracts/agreements for any implications

• technical accounting memos

• collaborating with external auditors

  Requirements

The ideal Senior Accountant comes with...

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting

• CPA or currently pursuing CPA

• 3+ years of public audit experience, Big 4 preferred
