TEKsystems Part-Time Medical Receptionist in Denver, Colorado

TEKsystems has a part-time medical receptionist role available with a clinic in Lowry. Please apply if you are looking for part-time work in the afternoons and have previous medical scheduling or medical receptionist experience.

Description:

Take inbound calls to schedule patients and greet patients face to face as they walk into the clinic for their appointment.

Answer incoming calls from patients - book them for the appropriate service with the right provider at the right clinic.

Help new patients set up their information with the clinic and walk them through what to expect in their care

Enter patient information into EMR system - demographics, insurance information, collect copay payment info

Check patients in / out for appointments

M-F 12:45-5:45pm

100% on-site

MUST

  • min 1 year clinic front desk responsible for patient scheduling, collecting copays and all forms and documentation
