Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal for a short term contract employment for a client in Denver, Colorado. This role primarily revolves around civil litigation, where you will be expected to provide support to attorneys and legal support professionals, manage deadlines, coordinate discovery, and draft legal documents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide trial support, including preparation and management of trial exhibits

• Assist in drafting and handling legal correspondence with various individuals

• Coordinate discovery processes and manage related tasks efficiently

• Draft legal documents ensuring exceptional writing skills

• Utilize case management software for tracking deadlines and managing legal documentation

• Handle complaint administration and briefing as required

• Use Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat for various administrative tasks

• Manage calendar for attorneys, marking important dates related to cases

• Utilize LexisNexis for legal research and case management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal.

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Case Management Software and Management System.

• Familiarity with LexisNexis.

• Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively.

• Proficiency in Briefing and Calendar Management.

• Experience in Claim Administration and Complaint Handling.

• Experience with Civil Litigation Experience being a plus.

• Ability to manage Trial Exhibits.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
