Your Role This position is responsible for supervising all operations personnel, assigning, routing and scheduling all advertising copy installs, receiving and storing of materials and all other activities listed below for this market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, great communicator, multitasker and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This position will work along with various other departments and including Real Estate, Sales, and Creative.

Your Responsibilitiesare but not limited to: Direct all Billboard related operations of the Operations Department and distribute daily work assignments to employees and/or sub-contractors Order and maintain all necessary supplies for rotation, construction and posting. Maintain a high degree of safety standards and awareness of such. Work closely with Safety Director and attend all safety meetings. Interact with Account Executives, Sales Assistants, Charting Coordinator and Sub Contractors in the day-to-day activities to ensure a successful outcome to client needs. Communicate with Lease Department and lease holder to gain access to locations when necessary. Monitor field performance by riding the plant for quality performance of installation crews. Maintain daily work reports and time sheets. Maintain completion records of all copies installed. Coordinate delivery of materials to facility as well as building and delivery of extensions and sections. Employ conflict management skills as needed. Maintain accurate records of all copy inventory and storage. Responsible for shipping and receiving materials. Handle timesheets for Billboard Operations employees and submit weekly payroll. Input all completed work for rotation and posting. Complete all injury and Worker's Compensation reporting. Complete sign inspections throughout the market when needed. Maintain service records for all Billboard assigned company vehicles. Have an understanding in fabrication and blueprints of billboards. (Our assets)

Your Qualifications Computer skills required: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) Supervisory experience preferred. Must have a current Drivers' License that is acceptable with our insurance carrier Excellent knowledge of the market geography and the local street grid Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Proven Computer Skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Must be professional, multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with completepersonal and professional integrity. Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain confidential information. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and o ganizational skills. As needed to support Operations Team, may be required to climb ladders & work from bucket trucks in some case in excess of 50 feet; assist with lifting when necessary; work in cold/inclement weather

Physical Demands: Climbing and working at elevated heights, reading, multiple concurrent tasks, frequent interruptions, verbal and written communication, detailed work. Sit, stand, and walk, as well as travel to clients and other locations, some that may be remote. Use of hands and fingers to handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work in cold/inclement weather.

Equipment Used: Small hand tools, small power tools, safety goggles, hard hat, safety harness with lanyard, hook ladder, extension ladder, rope, slings, ratchet straps, flex bars, lawn mower, and brush cutting tools.

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
