Amerita Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and scheduling follow-up appointments as required. Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Operation, the Nurse Practitioner will also work with the nursing team to coordinate premium care services with nurses and physicians.
Responsibilities
Performs patient screenings, physical examinations, and infusion assessments Provides infusions and injections to Mosaic patients Delivers quality care as well as maintains productivity metrics Analyzes test data to determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options Communicates ongoing care information needs, counseling suggestions, and additional resources for patients with critical conditions Works collaboratively with physicians to deliver optimum care to patients Completes documentation in Company EHR system
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing Five or more years of Nursing experience Valid Nurse Practitioner License Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
