Sunrun Manager, New Homes Field Operations in Denver, Colorado

The New Homes (NH) Field Manager (FM) for “Rest of Country” (ROC) is responsible for managing the field performance of installation contractors and internal crews for the New Homes organization outside of California. The FM serves as the technical subject matter expert for New Homes operations in the field, and manages the build schedule with the Build Partners very closely. The FM also serves as the primary point of contact and “face” of Sunrun to Builder’s superintendents and our Build Partners, and maintains themselves as a key point of escalation for field-related issues.

Key responsibilities include

  • Manage the installation schedule with Build Partners to ensure timeline execution of rough-ins and installations, and document the expected installation dates

  • Serve as a liaison for the builder’s superintendents and construction managers, as well as our Build Partners on site

  • Identify and resolve issues on the ground as they arise, and serve as a point of escalation for all field-related issues

  • Conduct quality audits on third party installations to help measure and manage Build Partner performance

  • Be prepared to train new Build Partners on the New Homes process

  • Work with Build Partners to ensure they understand the FIC requirements and submittal process

  • Develop a full understanding requirements for each scope of work (rough-in, PV install, battery rough, battery trim)

  • Where applicable, schedule & manage rough-in and installs with SRM crews

  • Support the commissioning process

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$76,415.98 to $101,887.97

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, based on both company and individual performance, as well as short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. Compensation decisions will not be based on a candidate's salary history. Please note: Employee benefits do not apply to our Fusion and Street Sales roles, which are 100% commission-based, (1099-NEC) positions.
