Robert Half is offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal for one of our clients. Situated in Denver, Colorado, this role is crucial to the operations in the legal industry. The position will primarily be remote, with occasional requirements to visit the office and county courts in Denver.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as support to attorneys in county courts.

• Accurately drafting motions to dismiss or answers.

• Efficiently filing pleadings and managing related deadlines.

• Assisting in the preparation of witnesses for litigation proceedings.

• Providing crucial support during trials, including the preparation and management of exhibits.

• Utilizing Case Management Software for efficient organization and tracking of cases.

• Engaging in e-Filing processes and ensuring all legal documents are accurately submitted.

• Leveraging your skills in litigation to navigate complex legal scenarios.

• Using Trial Manager during trials to streamline proceedings and ensure all information is accurately recorded and accessible.

• Preparing pleadings and draft motions in line with the needs of the case and the legal team.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal

• Proficient in Case Management Software

• Experience in Billing Functions is necessary

• Proven expertise in Briefing and Calendar Management

• Excellent Communication skills are required

• Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Litigation

• Ability to use e-File and e-Filing systems

• Experience in Drafting Pleadings and Preparing Pleadings

• Must be able to Draft Motions

• Highly Deadline Oriented individual

• Experience in dealing with Witnesses

• Must be able to attend Trials and prepare Trial Notebooks

• Previous Trial Experience is a must

• Should be able to effectively prepare for Trials

• Familiarity with Trial Exhibits and preparing Exhibits is necessary
