Project Description:

• Work with the Engineering staff to support the Transmission system protection engineering. Work as an engineering intern doing tasks that support the tools, programs, and databases used to perform various operational tasks: such as protection coordination, short circuit studies. Through practical operations experience and mentoring, a successful candidate will gain significant professional confidence and people skills.

• This will be a summer opportunity with the potential to extend into a school semester. The candidate should be able to work full-time during the summer. If the intern works during the school year, their hours should be part-time.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be enrolled in an ABET accredited engineering program, studying areas such as electrical, mechanical, civil, and chemical engineering.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $22.50 per hour
