TEKsystems has a need for IT Deskside Support Technician to support our customer onsite at their downtown Denver office.

Job Description:
Our customer is looking to add a Helpdesk/Deskside Support Technician that can serve as a jack-of-all-trades type of a resource. Someone that can own all helpdesk/desktop type tickets, troubleshoot and escalate as necessary. They are looking for someone to truly own the Helpdesk/Desktop space.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and support various levels of execituves
Top Skills' Details
M365 suite, user and group provisioning via Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune (MAM and Windows, policies and packaging), MS Teams, Windows 10, Ticketing intake/creation/management
Nice to haves: Windows 11, MS Teams Rooms (for conferencing), Azure Virtual Desktop, FreshService ticketing or similar tools such as ServiceNow
