Description:

The client is going through a refresh and will need additional support to support this initiative. The opportunity will be 6 month contract (with possible extension). At Least 1-2 years experience with SCCM, imaging devices and remote/in person support.

They prefer Windows 10/11 experience and that they know how to troubleshoot issues with OS and O365.

They don't have a large Mac team so having Mac experience would be a plus.

Zoom is what they use for their conference rooms so that would be a plus (skype and teams is fine as well).

Customer Service experience is just as important as their technical experience. They need to be relatable and engaging. An ability to support executives is also important so very professional communication and a customer service mentality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

• Preferably AA/BS degree in Computer Sciences or related technology field

• Experience: 1-3 years in IS/IT environment In-depth technical knowledge of workstation hardware and software, printers, network and peripheral equipment like scanners, tape-drive, palm pilots, etc.

• Language skills: Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset

• Technical certifications such as MCSE, MCTS, A+, Cisco preferred

• Strong Analytical Skills

• Ability to work with peers in collaborate teams
