For more information, visit www.solomonedwards.com. Position Summary: SolomonEdwards is working with a top U.S. Commercial Bank. Our banking client needs a lift in terms of instructional design and compliance training design. This team handles compliance training for the entire bank and rolls out courses quarterly. SolomonEdwards Consultant will be on a team of L&D folks interacting with the internal Project Manager as well as the various course SMEs at our banking client to execute this work. The ideal profile is a strong instructional design background with intermediate to advanced skills in Storyline and Rise, experience analyzing courses for combination/integration, and experience working with learning vendors for course updates. The contract is expected to last 10 months with possibility to extend. Essential Duties: • Perform detailed Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk clients using advanced research tools and methodologies. • Generate clear and concise reports summarizing customer and transaction activity, referring cases of concern for further escalation or account closure as appropriate. • Conduct investigations into high-risk customer activity, complex transactional patterns, or other risk-sensitive operations. • Work collaboratively to meet tight deadlines and support team objectives while maintaining accuracy and quality. • Exhibit initiative, professionalism, and a results-driven attitude in a fast-paced environment. • Assist in developing and enhancing compliance monitoring tools and frameworks to mitigate risk. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to streamline significant investigative efforts. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required. • 7-10 years of experience creating training courses. • 5-7 years of experience independently designing messaging and training curriculums for review and finalization with the business. • 5-7 years of experience in Banking or Compliance training required. Core Competencies: • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise. • Familiarly with MS Office suite of products – MS Teams, Word, Visio, Project, SharePoint etc. • Ability to converse with various team members on both business and technical content to understand what messages/content need to be crafted. • Excellent written and verbal skills. Travel Requirements: No travel is required, unless requested by the client. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly compensation range for this role is $50 - $55 on W2.
