Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the software industry to find a HR Generalist. This is a full time, permanent position in Denver, CO. Responsibilities:

• Oversee an array of HR activities including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation analysis.

• Ensure the organization's adherence to HR policies, keeping abreast of current employment laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with team members across different departments to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Handle sensitive HR-related information with the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR function, develop actionable plans, and take the initiative to implement effective changes.

• Employ the use of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management.

• Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce for effective HR operations.

• Leverage ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Perform benefit functions effectively and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Foster effective employee relations and handle FMLA-related matters professionally.

Requirements

Nonnegotiable:

• 3+ years as an HR Generalist

• Multistate experience

Nice to have:

• Paylocity

• Bachelors Degree

• PHR or SHRM
