Your opportunity
Join our Business Change & Transformation team to lead the delivery of a truly transformational effort across our Finance function, executing a program of work that will enable long-term benefits to both our business and our clients.
Our Finance Transformation strategy is more than just a technology upgrade as we standardize and automate business processes into centers of excellence; empowering our finance functions with ERP-S/4 Hana and other state of the art technologies, we envision a transformational journey where streamlined processes, real-time insights, and innovative technologies converge to elevate our performance.
By embracing a comprehensive approach to transformation, we strive to redefine our Finance operations, driving efficiency, agility, and strategic, data-driven decision making, positioning our organization as a leader in the asset management industry.
As part of our finance transformation journey, you will be specifically responsible for:
Defining, developing, and maintaining the overall plan covering the life of the program, with associated dependencies, resource, and budget planning.
Actively managing the scope of the program across multiple workstreams and teams.
Leading stakeholder engagement across the organization and the program and develop and deliver an effective communication plan both externally and internally.
Chairing Steering Committee meetings and Working Groups as required, to present progress, highlight issues and challenges, and drive decisions and actions
Managing external vendors be able to deliver successfully, driving prioritization as appropriate
Oversight and leadership of the program delivery team across project managers, business SMEs, and technology delivery
Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
A rolled-up sleeve positive and delivery focused approach
Strong leader, with the ability to partner with business leadership to achieve the ultimate goals of the program, proactively driving the strategic approach to deliver the desired outcomes
Robust and proven track record as a project (large scale projects) and/or program manager with a significant technology vendor implementation element
Highly organized with excellent communication skills, especially at executive levels
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, equally comfortable facing off to the C-Suite, external vendors, and managing a large program team – demonstrating an ability to work across all levels of the organization with a track record of managing challenging stakeholders, directing and motivating a cross-business team
Nice to have skills
Background in financial services (ideally asset management)
Experience implementing SAP (ideally SAP S/4HANA) or other large technology vendor implementations

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open until March 30, 2025.
Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
