Our Operational Excellence team builds and implement safety and quality programs of our manufacturing facility while driving a Safety-First Culture.
As the EHS Specialist you will:
• Have experience with OSHA regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Have experience with Workers Compensation processes and take ownership of company work comp program.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all safety initiatives and be the driving force behind the Company's safety-positive culture.
• Partner with Corporate Safety and Training and Human Resources to continually improve safety programs.
• Have experience assisting with general employee relations, escalating to appropriate HR team members when
A successful candidate for this role will:
• Have a minimum of a High School Diploma
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years in and EHS-related position or applicable role.
• Having the ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
