The Director, IKC Clinical Programs, will lead the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that drive DaVita's value-based strategy for comprehensive health evaluations. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a multi-year strategic vision. This high-impact, high-visibility role will oversee the scaling of transformative care interventions and the design of innovative capabilities to enhance the health outcomes of IKC patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Drive the creation, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with DaVita's care model strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive multi-year plan for delivering value-based care.
Innovation and Capability Development: Lead the design and execution of new, innovative capabilities or interventions to support IKC patients, including piloting and scaling high-impact programs.
Operational Execution: Establish clear project objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Oversee the execution of current interventions, analyzing clinical and operational data to inform continuous improvement.
Performance Oversight: Develop and monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize care delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance, to advance shared priorities and execute strategic plans effectively.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team to drive performance, ensuring accountability for project execution and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, value-based care, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership rol
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.
Strong expertise in value-based care strategy and operations, particularly within the healthcare industry.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with healthcare data analytics tools.
Travel and Other Requirements:
Travel up to 15% may be required.
