Job Requirements:
6+ years of experience in Data driven projects as a Business / Data Analyst.
Must have worked 3+ years in Financial services IT – REITs (preferred), but alternately in Investment management (mid/back-office) or Mortgage banking is acceptable.
Must have worked on Datawarehouse / Enterprise data framework-oriented projects and executed tasks such as:
Data mapping between source and destination systems
Data relationships and rules definitions
Data dictionary documentation
Data governance process flow definitions
Must have good SQL skills along with excellent skills with Excel.
Great communication skills is a must.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
