Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role requires you to support the organization and deployment of CXO training deliverables on-site at our Meridian location and in a remote capacity when required. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional onboarding experience for customer service agents, preparing them to exceed customer expectations from day one. You’ll conduct a range of training sessions, including new-hire orientation, supplemental courses, and career advancement programs, for a variety of audience types including front line agents and corporate partners in both virtual and in-person formats as needed. Your role will require you to follow structured facilitation guides and adjust your teaching style based on class performance to ensure every agent understands key concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain knowledge of best practices for facilitation and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry
Follow predetermined teaching outlines on instructional methods to facilitate a variety of courses as indicated by business needs.
Facilitate business information sessions to corporate audiences across the organization
Stay connected with business updates by partnering with our curriculum team members within Train the Trainer Sessions and official curriculum change communications.
Complete customer contact time to maintain proficiency of skills and knowledge of business changes
Leverage business intelligence platforms to review results and drive exceptional learning experiences
Perform other related duties as assigned
Some domestic and international travel may be required
Skills, Experience and Requirements
A highly qualified candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. In this role, you will be required to leverage excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate at a high level to both technical and non-technical audiences. A CXO Trainer is approachable and able to quickly find common ground to solve problems for the good of all within a training environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership
Demonstrate flexibility and reliability, including the ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
Ability to explain concepts, answer questions and make an audience feel comfortable
Ability to to analyze data and strategically adjust methods to drive performance results
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year
