We are seeking a mid-level associate with at least 3 years of public company reporting and compliance, capital markets and/or corporate governance experience to join our thriving business group. The Corporate & Securities group's practice focuses on public company reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance for companies in a broad range of industries, as well as corporate, governance and transactional matters for private companies.

Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
