Summary As part of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this position is a strategic partner that collaborates with business owners to deliver value for customers and employees by facilitating consistent delivery of projects. Builds and continuously develops relationships with bank users, all levels of management, and vendors to increase the operational capability of the EPMO to deliver our offered services. This position is considered a representative of the EPMO to all levels of bank groups and management, and professionalism and diplomacy to gain trust is critical to the success of the position. The Business Analyst I will perform in a highly visible bank-facing role by performing detailed business requirement, data, and workflow analysis for small to medium projects. Gather business requirements and write functional requirements and user stories to guide system development and configuration. Create user acceptance testing plans and lead user acceptance testing. Perform process design/redesign and process improvement. Participate in the creation of user procedures, process flow, and training. Adhere to the processes and best practices as set forth by the EPMO. This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate for this position is $56,762.89 / per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). Conduct post-mortem (look back) analysis on projects to determine f ROI and stated objectives were reached.
