Position Summary
The role of the Project Manager/Construction Manager will be managing projects and lead team efforts for projects representing different clients (DEN, DOTI, Aurora, etc.). Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage procurement of designers, consultants, and contractors for the Owner Daily and main point of contact for all on-site work Monitor schedule performance; review progress against the approved baseline and evaluation of monthly updates Monitor compliance with contractual obligations such as Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, Safety Plan Oversee project quality management Assist with daily coordination between owner and contractor/designer Coordinate with contract
