WTW Communications Coordinator in Denver, Colorado

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all web and social media accounts.

  • Create marketing print materials such as flyers, brochures, videos, and conference materials.

  • Publish quarterly/monthly employer and employee newsletters.

  • Manage email listserv (create & distribute content as necessary and relevant)

  • Monitor engagement levels of external communication and provide strategies to increase engagement when necessary.

  • General marketing for new services or providers

  • Manage & purchase all promotional items (apparel, swag, etc.)

  • Assist with efforts in planning, budgets, organization, logistics, vendors, performance, delivery, and attendance of in-person or virtual events, trade shows and speaking opportunities.

  • Develops, edits and/or reviews content for digital campaigns.

  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with sales and account management to understand the marketing needs and support within the team unit.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university (B.A. in Marketing, Communications or Advertising highly preferred).

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-starter that can work independently.

  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.

  • Results-oriented, ability to give/take direction and make independent decisions.

  • Knowledge of Adobe and Canva software programs is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and generally tech-savvy

  • Strong public speaking skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85,000-$90,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
