DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to join our team to provide enterprise-wide Cisco Voice and Video infrastructure operations support for a variety of IT infrastructure services for the Department of Interior Bureau of Reclamation.
This position is hybrid in Denver, Colorado. No application window deadline.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Reclamation IT Enterprise Unified Communications Engineer develops, installs, maintains, and supports a broad range of systems and technologies. Responsible for daily operations including restoring services in case of outage, troubleshooting call routing and PSTN issues, building out new infrastructure, maintaining the existing, and optimizing current and future configurations. Responsible for the existing full time monitoring solutions, the tools used for bulk configuration change, and cybersecurity vulnerability detection and remediation.
Qualifications
Ability to obtain a Public Trust. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience. Subject matter expert for IP Telephony Systems Must have experience with: Cisco Telephony Gateways Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cisco Emergency Responder Cisco VoIP endpoints (including softphones) SolarWinds Orion Microsoft Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) The salary range for this role is $126K-$130K.
