BIM Manager

Our client is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the BIM efforts within our Mechanical Engineering department. The primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate the development and management of Revit models for a wide variety of project types, ensuring accuracy and consistency across MEP systems.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Revit MEP

• Proficient with AutoCAD, Word, Excel

• Familiarity with Outlook and FTP software

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlines

• Work well individually and in a team environment

• Complete work in an efficient and accurate manner

• Classify and file engineering drawings

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Maintain a positive attitude and good public relations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

One of their biggest initiatives as a firm is to always continue to grow. They are always looking for people who are interested as growing as leaders, becoming owners in the company, running a team, opening a new office, etc.

Projects: Sports Facilities, Theaters, Convention Centers, Hospitals, Laboratories, Office Buildings, Municipal Facilities, multifamily and more. Initially this person will likely be working on local projects and long term could work on larger scale national or global projects.

They have systems that are intriguing to Engineers that might feel "bored" with the simple systems that they are working on.
