Actalent is hiring for an Assistant Superintendent, in the Denver area! This company is both the general contractor and the developer, providing great candidate exposure to the full scope of the project. We are searching for individuals who have previously worked in a similar role for 3 years, has experience working for a general contractor, and exposure to framing. Description:

• Seeking an Assistant Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience.

• This person will be working under a more senior Superintendent.

• Candidates will be helping to schedule and managing sub contractors, ensuring a safe work environment, overseeing framing and finishes, punch list, etc.

  Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working as an Assistant Superintendent

• Needs to have experience as an Assistant Superintendent at a General Contractor and have experience scheduling subcontractors

• Experience working on multifamily, commercial or will also look at homebuilder background if they have exposure to framing - Should have wood frame experience

• Experience with framing or other types of finishes
