RK Mechanical, Inc Apprenticeship Program Coordinator in Denver, Colorado

Position and Responsibilities: Helps identify and deploy best-in-class practices for measuring and increasing apprenticeship engagement. Communicates learning requirements, program processes, initiatives and collaborates with all stakeholders, including Instructors to ensure all requirements are met. Support apprentices while in training, including communication with training partners and instructors regarding apprentice performance. Identify and participate in events that support apprentice outreach, recruitment, and retention Keep apprentice and company data updated in all relevant systems, analyze apprenticeship data; distribute and track apprentice program. Support program evaluation through data cleaning and qualitative data analysis. Coordinate apprentice orientations and events, including preparation of materials. Assist with updating any training materials, including handbooks and documents. Assist team with special projects and other duties as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Accountability: * Collect, analyze and manage required documentation and data for Department of Labor, State Licenses, technical colleges, grant reports, and our organization * Conduct quarterly audits of all course rosters, titles and other critical data tracking elements needed for program evaluation. * Drives awareness around community involvement to employees, community stakeholders, and executive leadership. * Liaison with community partners as required. * Research events and organizations that can facilitate apprenticeship outreach and recruitment. * Benchmark with other organizations on apprenticeship best-practices. * Comply with all company policies and procedures. * All employees are accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present. Employees should immediately notify their supervisor so that the hazard may be corrected. * RK employees and subcontractors are required to implement and maintain all safety and health systems practices including the training requirements of RK Industries Orientation, site specific orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification and Reporting, and OSHA 30.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in field with 2-3 years of related work experience or 3 years of experience for every 1 year of education. Associate's Degree/ Two years of College and 4-6 years of related work experience OR 12 + years of related work experience if no degree. * Must be highly detail-oriented, motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines. * Possess strong organizational and analytical skills. * Able to plan, prioritize and complete tasks with minimum supervision. * Outstanding interpersonal, communications, customer service skills and a positive attitude focused on solutions. * Strong analytical skills. * Experience working with multiple stakeholders including government, education and private sector and adept at synthesizing inputs from various stakeholders. * Proven ability to successfully plan, organize, implement, and manage obstacles to drives the successful completion of projects. * Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment where requirements shift to meet changing business needs. * Strong organization, time and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities. * Creative problem-solving skills, and comfortable working with ambiguity. * Exercise initiative and independent judgment whe needed while performing duties; apply judgment to resolving problems.
