Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $25 - $27 per hour

Our qualified engineers, scientists, technicians, associates and policy experts are proud of our ability to objectively help industry, the public and regulators work constructively together on environmental opportunities.

Our ambient air monitoring group isseeking a Data Analyst / Report Writer to review data and generate reports as well as other tasks to meet the expectations of our clients by efficiently and profitably generating defensible data on time. Strong organizational skills are a must for this position. The following list of duties are responsibilities of the Data Analyst / Report Writer:

  • Prepare technical reports, sops, and other related documentation.
  • Technical reports may require indepth data review and analysis
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documents.
  • Ensure all documents meet organizational and industry standards.
  • Work closely with subject-matter experts to gather information and understand project requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders (field staff, labs, clients, regulators, etc.) to ensure data reports conform to project and regulatory agency requirements and are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Promptly communicate to the Project Manager unacceptable test results, recurring or systemic problems with monitoring pr ject activities or operations and work with the Project Manager and other project team members to provide solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings to align documentation with project goals.
  • Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Adhere to style guides, including grammar, formatting, and technical terminology.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft office Adobe Acrobat,
  • Create visuals like diagrams, charts, or schematics as needed. NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
