The Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-focused Alliance Senior Manager to join the recently formed Strategic Technology Partner team. Designed with a start-up mindset, this team is highly strategic, agile, collaborative, and loves to get things done!

The role’s remit is to nurture and rapidly expand existing world-class partnerships and go to market strategies with the Hyperscalers. The relationships you will build and grow will establish long-term revenue driving partnerships, mutually beneficial for both parties. This role is crucial to shape the future of Lumen partnership strategy.

Do you have expertise in building alliance partnerships, consultative selling in the tech industry (co-sell and sell-through motion), experience in designing and executing successful GTM strategies? Then this role is for you!

The Main Responsibilities

• Define, plan, prioritize and execute the end-to end partner ecosystem strategy. Identify new opportunities for the Microsoft alliance and Lumen, develop clear plan, priorities, joint initiatives, and specific goals for developing the ecosystem, working with business development to grow the pipeline and accelerate opportunity closing.

• Define, track, and analyze performance against specific measures of success for quantifiable, tangible progress. Your focus remains on results and outcomes by ensuring all milestones and expectations are met and that any unexpected surprises are met with an amazing solution.

• You are responsible for contributing to Lumen's product and solution specific sales strategies through collaboration, providing feedback and offering "boots on the ground" expertise and perspectives.

• Collaborate and align with cross-functional stakeholders across both Lumen and the partner organizations for maximum impact and to build long-term successful partnerships. You will help develop and promote repeatable solutions that help our customers connect, migrate, manage and modernize their IT and OT estate. Leverage relationships with ISVs, VARs, and Sis to create awareness and build opportunities for Lumen.

• Work closely with Lumen sales leaders across all geographies to ensure productive sales engagement. Communicate the value proposition of the products to our sales team and work with enablement teams to develop sales materials/tools that support the selling process of our products.

  • Drive strategic initiatives to grow joint sales motions and create innovative solutions through partnerships.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
