Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the legal sector located in Denver, Colorado. We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant who will contribute to our team's efficiency. The role will involve a variety of tasks including handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and manage customer credit applications.
• Maintain customer credit records reliably and efficiently.
• Provide assistance with various HR programs and processes.
• Collaborate in recruiting efforts, including job postings and interview scheduling.
• Prepare schedules for new-employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
• Address employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy and discretion.
• Coordinate employee offboarding processes and document as required.
• Support the HR Manager and Administrative Manager to improve daily operations.
• Manage calendars of supported leaders, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on logistics and scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain confidential documents, including financial documents, memos, emails, etc.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, proofreading, document drafting, photocopying/scanning, filing, and general research support.
• Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and special events, managing all event logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful event planning and execution. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally.
• Proven customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient input of information.
• Experience with email correspondence, able to communicate effectively and professionally via email.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, managing client communications smoothly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to utilise this tool for efficient data management.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, capable of managing emails, appointments, and tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, able to create and edit presentations as needed.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, capable of creating and editing documents with high accuracy.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, ensuring all meetings and tasks are organised and managed effectively.
