Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in DENVER, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, including processing customer invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process daily invoices for customers and keep their credit records up-to-date.

• Handle customer payments and deposits through our online banking system.

• Prepare and process invoicing for FedEx and UPS for Accounts Payable.

• Reconcile bank statements for both operating account and credit card accounts.

• Generate and analyze drop ship reports.

• Conduct monthly reconciliation of customer accounts and run monthly statements.

• Make weekly collections calls and emails to ensure timely payment of customer accounts.

• Assist with the setup of new accounts and run credit checks for D& B record.

• Contribute to the accounting team by completing any miscellaneous tasks during free time.

• Answer and transfer calls through our switchboard online.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Functions.

• Ability to process Check Processing and handle Cash Activity.

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services and CRM.

• Experience with Epic Software will be an advantage. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Must be skilled in using CRM tools

• Familiarity with Epic Software is essential

• Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions is required

• Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is needed

• Must have experience in handling Cash Activity

• Experience in Check Processing is a must
