Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Denver, Colorado. This role is based in the manufacturing industry and involves various responsibilities related to credit account management and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer payments

• Handle customer inquiries and disputes, offering appropriate solutions to strengthen customer relationships

• Ensure timely receipt of payments by managing credit accounts

• Verify and process customer credit applications as per requirements

• Set up, manage, and monitor customer accounts for any irregularities, taking necessary corrective actions when needed

• Maintain and organize internal financial databases, accounts, and ledgers

• Establish credit limits considering factors like applicant assets, credit experiences, and personal references

• Reconcile invoices and promptly resolve any discrepancies

• Professionally and promptly resolve customer complaints

• Utilize organizational skills to keep track of invoices and ensure their proper reconciliation. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Proven ability to handle Billing tasks efficiently

• Knowledge of Cash Applications and Cash Collections

• Experience in Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Working knowledge of Oracle

• Familiarity with QuickBooks

• Experience with using SAP for financial management

• Understanding of Credit procedures and policies

• Experience with Credit - Collections

• Familiarity with Credit - Commercial procedures and policies

• Knowledge of Credit Administration

• Experience in handling Credit Applications

• Ability to make effective Credit Decisions
