Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the real estate industry based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, ensuring all invoices are approved, matched accurately, and payments are issued in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice processing and ensure all details are accurate.

• Utilize Intrada, Yardi and Real Page software for accounts payable tasks.

• Conduct detailed account reconciliation to maintain accurate records.

• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain customer records.

• Use QuickBooks, Oracle and SAP for managing and coding invoices.

• Execute check runs to issue payments and send them out.

• Ensure all invoices are matched accurately with the workbook before payment.

• Use Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts payable. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently

• Proficiency in Coding Invoices

• Excellent Data Entry skills

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience using Oracle software

• Knowledge of QuickBooks software

• SAP software experience
