North Central Texas College is accepting applications for: [Foundation Alumni Coordinator: Salary: *[$53,239: Denton County Campuses: Full-Time: Benefits Eligible Summary The Foundation Coordinator will provide assistance in Denton County for the NCTC Foundation and community outreach to donors and alumni.   • Coordinate with Denton County Foundation Board members to engage them in donor outreach and networking opportunities
  • Organize Denton County Foundation Board meetings, agenda and schedule with assistance from the Foundation Manager
  • Organize Foundation Fundraising events in Denton County such as the Swinging for Education in partnership with Foundation Board members
  • Build individual donor relationships through strong communication, follow up, gratitude notes, etc.
  • Assist with donor cultivation and development in Denton County in partnerships with Vice Chancellor of External Affairs and Foundation Manager
  • Spearhead Giving Day campaigns (North Texas Giving Day and Texoma Gives) to benefit students needing additional support through the Student Emergency Aid Fund.
  • Prepares monthly newsletters for NCTC Alumni by gathering information, creating copy, and distributing through an email marketing software (MailChimp)
  • Produce content for NCTC Alumni/Foundation social media channels
  • Update the alumni association roster with new members that opt-in via Website and new graduates and coordinate with External Affairs Coordinator to mail out New Alumni packet. Maintain and update the NCTC Alumni webpage
  • Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change based on the needs of the department and the institution.

**Required Education:

[Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution Required Experience:]{arial",sans-serif"=""}**

  • One to three (1-3) years of fundraising experience
  • One to three (1-3) years of event management
  • One to three (1-3) years of email marketing and social media marketing
