Caroline County Public Schools Special Education Teachers in Denton, Maryland
Provide services to students with disabilities in compliance with federal and state regulations. The successful candidate will be a general Special Education teacher and managing a caseload of students.
Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for Maryland Professional Educator Certificate with an endorsement in Special Education 6-Adult or K-12.
- Knowledgeable of the IEP process and special education regulations, desired
- Has good interpersonal communication skills.
- Well-organized
- Ability to work well with colleagues, students, and parents.
PAY and HOURS:This position is a 10-month position with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Caroline County Board of Education, Teacher Salary Scale. Placement on the appropriate salary lane/step will be based on knowledge, experience, skills, and abilities related to this position. Salary starts at $55,500/ year.
