We are looking for a Supervisor who has a passion for customer service to join our sweet team. Our Supervisors represent Hoffman’s Chocolates in the local market by delivering FUN, memorable service, by engaging with our guests and helping them celebrate every day. Motivating and mentoring our associates to do the same and upholding our commitment to making every bite count.
What you’ll do:
Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers.
Ensures 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responds to guests’ questions and concerns, taking any and all actions needed to resolve issues and ensure raving fans.
Provides leadership that inspires teamwork, generates energy, enthusiasm, and drives results.
Engages with our customers, creates memorable, fun experiences, and creates an environment where associates do the same.
Manages daily tasks ensuring work is done in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures effective shift management. Meets daily sales goals.
Accountable for food safety protocols for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of store. Ensures a safe guest and working environment.
Must be fluent on and be able to represent the Voice of Hoffman’s (VoH)*
Effectively communicate all store needs to Store Manager

What you’ll need:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
2 years of retail experience required (preferably within the sweets or confection industry).
1 year of supervisory experience required.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Able and willing to operate and train team members on POS/ register and basic office equipment.
Able to walk and stand for long periods of time use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
Able to independently lift/move up to 25lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50lbs with assistance.
