Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently completing assembly functions, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining good communication with team members and management.
Responsibilities
Prepare parts according to written instructions.
Solder components to customer specifications
Install hardware according to written instructions.
Glue components as required.
Check parts/products passing on the assembly line for quality and remove defective products.
Test equipment on the production line and correct or refer problems appropriately.
Assist and support other team members as needed.
Keep management informed of area activities and any significant concerns, identifying problems and providing suggestions.
Attend meetings as required.
Follow established quality and safety standards.
Meet deadlines.
Inspect work upon completion.
Ensure work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
Complete special projects as needed.
Package products as assigned.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of assembly procedures.
Knowledge of and ability to perform all assembly functions.
Quality orientation.
Well organized and attentive to detail.
Willingness to assist others.
Ability to closely follow written and verbal instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least one year of assembly experience.
Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, wire harness, cable assembly, troubleshooting, and using hand tools.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled indoor production facility, using hand tools and microscopes to assemble electronic pieces.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DELRAY BEACH, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00
