Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: Delphos Granite Works is a family owned and operated business in search of a Customer Service Representative who will add value to our company by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments/meetings, greeting customers, preparing some financial statements, completing customer transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The Customer Service Representative is always prepared to complete regular and miscellaneous task which assist the company in efficient operation.
Job Requirements:
- Communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Excellent math skills (ability to accurately calculate percentages and measurements)
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Excellent attention-to-detail
Computer literacy
Job Type: Part-Time with Full-Time possibility
Shift: First Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M.
Education:
- High School Diploma
Associate degree preferred
Pay Range: $15.00-$17.00/hr starting wage
Background/Drug Screen: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
