Job Summary

The CBS Analyst is a role supporting the LATAM Division in order to gather, consolidate, analyze and communicate warehousing and transportation analytics opportunities.

The person in this role will be responsible for proper data management, ensuring Integrity and reliability in the data. Build KPIs defined for the process and analyze the results to help local business teams to identify opportunities

Analytic Mindset is a MUST, with advanced skills on organizing data and creating right visualization/display of information.

Another key task of this role is identify and implement system integrated tracking/reporting opportunities, tools and processes to drive logistics efficiencies and cost savings

This role will also be delivering change in our analytics capabilities by elevating existing best practices or helping develop new visualizations

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  1. Demonstrate expert analytics skills and systems tools usage

  2. Maintains databases of logistics information. Collects, interprets and analyzes various types of logistics data.

  3. Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes.

  4. Execute data collection and generation of periodic reporting requirements to support transportation, warehousing and logistics.

  5. 5.Create reports and dashboards for internal teams that drives to identify warehouse and transportation opportunities areas related to the main KPIs (overtime, warehouse capacity, damages, productivity, truck utilization, accessorial costs, logistics cost, etc)

  6. Provide support to the local business in the development of analytics by answering business questions through data and looking how to approach the right visualization.

  7. Supply data collection and analysis to support the business decision and budgeting processes

  8. Help local teams to adopt good analytics visualizations developed at the center through demos and training both in response to requests for support and also through proactive identification of opportunities.

  9. Networking & collaborating with Division and Global teams within the supply chain to gain insight about both existing data analytics visualizations being used and data initiatives.

  10. Delivering change in our analytics capabilities by elevating existing best practices or helping develop new visualizations

  11. Ensuring there is good documentation/training resources for all analytics visualizations

What do you need for the Position?

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Robotics, Software Engineer, Data Analytics Engineer or similar

  • At least1 year of experience in developing and implementing solutions with SAP Scripting, Domo, Google Data Studio, Excel advanced macros, power BI.

  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics & applications with experience in the development & distribution of reports/analytics solutions

  • Advanced English
